    Notes This count is incomplete - I ran out of daylight. There several more waterbirds, including several 100 Black-necked Grebes. The pan is still full, or nearly so, with the water extending beyond the fringing reeds and rushes and presenting shallow, open water to the birds which they were using, mostly not visible to me scanning from the high ground on the W side. Greta Crested Grebes: 1 adult + 2 young (c.1/2 grown).
