    Notes Dam over-flowing. Very overcast and also windy at times creating choppy conditions, but did not rain during count. Water Hyacinth infestation much reduced from winter 2020, but still band along shoreline, wind-blown accumulation in bays and along floating berms and a few 'islands'.
